I will not be betting the AFC Championship game b/c I can't bet against the Colts as a lifelong season ticket holder.
That being said, I would take the Pats -3 if I had no allegiance.
The Colts special teams, especially coverage units on kickoffs, have killed them in big games all year. Plus, their rushing defense is still void of a solid runstopper. NE doesn't have big plays in their running game, but they get tough yards and will be able to move the ball and put together long drives to keep Peyton off the field like Denver did in their first meeting.
I still feel and hope the Colts can win, but my instincts say otherwise which is why I will lay off.
In the other one, I go with Carolina +4'.
The Eagles are giving up 162 ypg on the ground in their L9 games. With or without Davis, I feel the Panthers can run the ball on Philly.
Philly has all the pressure on them and John Fox will force McNabb to stay in the pocket where he is least effective.
